We're seeking a highly organized and motivated Digital Program Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in our new enterprise program. You'll be responsible for managing multiple workstreams, overseeing their execution from planning and scoping to launch, ensuring everything is completed on time, within budget, and meets the highest quality standards.

What You’ll Do Here:
  • Works with teams to achieve measurable financial and operational results during the program and foster a culture of continuous improvement that both sustains the initial gains made and also continues to seek and achieve additional profit improvement
  • Work with consultants and internal teams to build on the methodology for improving process, systems and behaviors needed to become entrenched in the way management thinks and operates
  • Own and engage teams for understanding and ownership of process changes as part of the Catalyst project and ongoing.
  • Focus on the Catalyst program and how to support the site in supporting the program as the teams work to achieve results.
  • Work closely with teams on initiatives that drive long term success – in the role of being the leader who can adapt to changes in process, business conditions and fundamental principles of the management systems that will be developed, giving input, direction and ongoing support to the teams.
  • A Sustainability Leader is someone senior leaders can rely on to provide honest feedback on the degree of compliance towards new management system elements or method changes by managers
  • This would include the degree of compliance of the Senior Executives themselves
  • Dominance or mastery of all of these attributes is not necessary but a strong candidate should possess some degree each of the following elements: Respected by both senior leadership and peers (not necessarily due to position or seniority).

    • Strength with computer software, for data manipulation
    • Available for periods of time during the initiative to “roll up their sleeves”
    • Intellectually strong and interested in learning
 
What are the responsibilities a Sustainability Leader during the full time on site
portion of the program?: In order to achieve this objective, the Sustainability Leaders have specific responsibilities:
  • Learn Carpedia technical and tactical methods by embedding themselves with the team
  • Report on a daily and weekly basis to one of the leaders of the Carpedia project team
  • Participate in the development and installation of a project area
  • Understand how and why product and process changes are made
  • Understand how and why management systems are upgraded
  • Understand how and why management and employee behaviors are modified
What are the responsibilities of a Sustainability Leader after the program?
In order to sustain results and drive continuous improvement within the business, after the
project ends the Sustainability Leader has a different set of responsibilities:
  • Ensure managers use the Management Performance System in the way in which it was intended
  • Ensure integrity in the information that managers rely on to make decisions
  • Conduct regular system and method change audits
  • Upgrade and modify the processes and the Management Performance System as the company’s business environment changes or expands
  • Ensure the training of newly hired, transferred or promoted manager
