Minimum Education:
High School Diploma or GED Equivalent is required.Completion of State Accredited Surgical Scrub Tech program required.
Required Skills:
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must possess ability to communicate verbally and in writing, plan and organize work flow, work cooperatively with others and independently, and handle surgical control system.
Certifications:
Basic Life Support (BLS) is required before the start of first independent assignment.Surgical Scrub Tech Certification preferred.
