This contract role will assist in driving revenue through supporting the execution and measurement of digital CRM campaigns, including but not limited to email and push notifications. This includes developing campaign strategy, writing creative briefs, overseeing the creative development process, analyzing results and applying learnings to upcoming campaigns, setting up tests and working with our MarTech team to set-up the campaign for accurate deployment.  This is a 4.5 month consulting role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead campaign execution from kickoff to deployment, including managing project timelines, overseeing creative development and web production, creating links, and performing QA on the final proofs.
  • Write cohesive, organized and logical creative briefs for campaigns.  Ensure creative briefs, creative executions and test strategies align with campaign strategies and objectives.
  • Work effectively with a variety of work partners to ensure projects are executed successfully.
  • Set up a variety of tests, ensuring they meet expectations and will deliver clean test results.
  • Drive flawless execution of campaigns.  Ensure campaigns (including segmentation) are set up and deployed accurately.
  • Work with an in-house design team to develop impactful marketing assets that are on brand and meet objectives.
  • Collaborate with work partners in multiple time zones to build and deploy email campaigns.
  • Manage various email promo campaigns, inclusive of process, efficiencies and relationships across Data Science, Promo, Integrated Marketing and MarTech teams.
  • Attend and participate in weekly meetings with cross-functional work partners and be able to speak to campaign strategy.
  • Analyze post-campaign performance, run basic analyses and understand drivers of performance.  Share results with team and key work partners on daily/weekly basis.
  • May include developing product messaging priorities and managing other aspects of the CRM program.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of email, push and/or SMS marketing experience.
  • Solid grasp of creative brief and creative execution best practices for email and/or push marketing.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects at once and meet deadlines, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage expectations and proactively find solutions to unexpected issues.
  • Ability to collaborate with people in a virtual environment and multiple time zones.
  • Proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Excels in timely, verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills – particularly when collaborating with cross-functional teams.     
  • Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Analytical skills and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Nice to have:
    • Experience building campaigns in an ESP e.g. Bluecore, Salesforce, Responsys, etc.
    • Push marketing experience and tools e.g. Braze.
    • SMS marketing experience and tools e.g. Attentive, Braze, etc.
    • Experience with project management tools such as Workfront, Clarizen, Aprimo, Base Camp, etc.
    • Experience in customer segmentation strategies.
