Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior People Analytics Specialist to join our People Insights, Technology & Data Team and report into the leader of this function. This role will support our business to develop and people analytics projects, consult HR business partners and functional leaders on the ‘right’ metrics and then develop the tools to support the project delivery. They will be supported by a reporting specialist to deliver the required insights to the client across the spectrum of reporting and analytics required, starting with compliance and operational support to executive presentations to the CHRO, CEO & Board of Directors.


Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and Manage Analytics Projects:
o Oversee end-to-end analytics projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
o Develop project scopes, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
o Track project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure successful completion.


• Consultation and Collaboration:
o Act as an internal consultant to HR and other departments, providing expert advice on analytics
best practices and strategies.
o Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into actionable
analytics projects.
o Partner with IT, finance, and other departments to integrate data sources and ensure holistic
insights.


• Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Analyze HR data to uncover trends, insights, and opportunities.
o Utilize various statistical and data visualization tools to present findings.
o Create comprehensive reports and dashboards for stakeholders, highlighting key findings and
actionable recommendations.


• Support Decision-Making:
o Assist executive management and HR leaders in data-driven decision-making by providing clear
and actionable insights.
o Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data by performing regular audits and validation checks.
• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay current with industry trends and best practices in people analytics.
o Propose and implement process improvements as needed.


Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Human Resources, or a related field. Advanced
degree preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years in an analytics role, with at least 2 years in a senior or project
management capacity within HR or people analytics.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python), cloud visualization tools (e.g.,
CruncHR, One Model, Visier).
• HRIS Tools & Reporting – preferably SAP SuccessFactors, but other enterprise HRIS experience is
welcome.
• Project Management: Demonstrated experience in project scoping, planning, and management.
• Consulting Skills: Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate
business needs into data solutions.
• Analytical Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present complex data in
an understandable and actionable manner.
• Collaboration: Proven ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple
projects simultaneously.
