- Application engineering (Automotive Precision Components)
- Program / Project Management (Automotive Precision Components)
- New Product Development – Piston, Pin and Rings for Internal Combustion Engines
- Travel to Customer for joint analysis of engine tested components and resolution of issues
- Deploy and improve quality management system as per IATF16949
- Analytical skills
- Failure Analysis
- Technical presentation skills
- Design FMEA
MAJOR ROLE OF THE POSTION
- Design and Developments of Piston, Pins and Rings for Internal Combustion Engines
- Up gradation of existing Pistons Assemblies
- Application engineering
- Investigation / Examination reports on failed / tested parts
- Responsible for APQP / PPAP activities
- Responsible for Costing of new product and products with engineering changes
- Preparation of company standards
- IATF 16949 activities / documentation for the projects.
- Good knowledge in Microsoft tools like Excel, Power point and Projects
