About the role:

As a SAP CRM Consultant, you will be responsible to support the deployment and development of TD SYNNEX's CRM system.\u00A0 As a core member of the international CRM Team this role will be instrumental in supporting digital transformation projects by deploying, supporting and enhancing the CRM template throughout the global organization.

What you'll do:

• Provide support for the SAP CRM systems which are used in multiple European countries and partial APAC and have an active user base of thousands.\u00A0 This includes solving technical issues assigned to the CRM team and often involves the analysis of complex production issues which may traverse multiple systems in the highly integrated IT landscape.

• Work on projects end to end, from the initial workshops with different stakeholders, over development and testing, to bring the new features and processes live

• Support rollouts of CRM processes and methodologies into new business areas and teams.

• Develop, test and promote patches, fixes and enhancements to production environment as per the change control guidelines.

• Work with internal teams on cross stream initiatives for integrated systems, such as SAP ECC, BI HANA, Marketo, Webmethods etc

• Communicate effectively with the client to identify business needs, issues and requirements, and evaluate business solutions as required.

What we're kindly looking for:

• 3 + years of relevant work experience.

• SAP CRM process and system configuration knowledge (CRM business roles, Interaction Center, CRM Marketing, CRM Service, WebUI)

• Development and debugging skills (ABAP, BSP, Genil/Bol)

• Analytic skills for problem solving
