About the role:
At the moment we are looking for an Internal sales specialized in Adobe and other solutions within the Business Application BU. The person has a deep knowledge of portfolio, process and vendor pricing, manages all quotes and closes orders.
The person will be responsible for Building Excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge in order to have detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company
RESPONSABILITIES:
Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers.
Achieve monthly/quarterly Revenue and Margin targets
Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts
Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short, medium and long term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements
Manages customer backorder and Reporting along specialist knowledge and engages in \u201Cintelligent project fishing\u201D
Manages project end-to-end or hands over to pre sales for technical requirements
Provide, sell and negotiate product information, pricing, special offers and promotions
Ensure TD SYNNEX maintains service levels agreements with customers
Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement
Identifies project opportunities and engages with BDMs if specific product/ vendor knowledge is required
Provides accurate and timely quotations (SMB Managed (AS), SP/ E-Var/ SI segment, Specialists (IBM), entire AS BUs)
Generate and own a pipeline of deals in TD SYNNEX's CRM system, which is regularly reviewed and updated and ensure active closure of opportunities
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
5+ years of experience
English and Italian – professional proficiency
Appreciate experience with vendors like Adobe, Alludo, Claris,...
Numerate with good attention to detail
Excellent telephone manner and Effective Communication Skills
Priority management and planning skills
Strive to achieve set targets
Good relationship building
Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM
A knowledge of product set would be desirable but not essential
IT industry knowledge would be desirable but not essential
