Job Description

Key responsibilities:

• Fast response for customer requirement, identify potential risk for quality issue, take actions for reduce risk, ensure qualified part ship to customer.
• Responsible for customer complaint and 8D report prepared and submit within timeline.
• Particpate APQP process, in charge of new program quality planning and control.Ensure APQP document submit on time and other quality document release.
• Customer contact window for PPAP package submit till get customer approve.
• Prepared quality inspection document, including incoming, in process, finish goods process, which can guide QC to conduct inspection.
• Organize cross team member to fix quality issue during new program phase, ensure new program running smooth to SOP.
• Participate special characteristic identify and review activity, pay attention to customer special requirement during new program phase. In charge of sample dimension check and function check.

Ideal candidate experience:

• Above 5 years of automotive industry supplier quality function work experience

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional):

• Familiar with GD&T, IATF16949 system, 8D tool, VDA6.3, VDA 6.5 and 2+ years relevant working experiences is required
• Strong capability of problem solving, familar with 8D, 5Why, fishbone, DOE tools utilize.
• Experienced for quality tools, including APQP, FMEA, CP, MSA, SPC
• Knowledge of IATF16949 system.
• Skilled of VDA6.3 process audit and VDA6.5 product audit.
• Fluent in both writing and speaking English.

Qualifications/ certifications:

•  Mechanical major with bachelor degree or above
•  Experienced of automotive industry mechanical & assemble process
