Summary: Our Engineering Internship Program provides real-world work experience, as well as a foot in the door for an entry-level position in application development: web, mobile, iOS, Android, product analytics, etc. As an intern, you’ll earn a competitive salary and be a part of meaningful projects that allow you to see the results of your hard work.

Position Title: Intern.IT App

Reports to: Client Engineering Manager, IT App

Position Summary: Join a growing team of web developers to create and maintain client-side applications with server-side interactions via Push/REST/GraphQL. Our applications provide essential functionalities to ADT customers such as remotely arm/disarm and control home automation devices, paying bills, ordering equipment, and retrieving crime statistics.

Technical Skills:



o Vanilla JavaScript (ES6 ) and ES6 Modules

o JS frameworks (React, VueJS, AngularJS)

o State Management and dependencies (Vuex, Axios , Vue Router…)

o JS Build tools (Grunt/Gulp/Webpack) and Transpilers (Babel)

o CSS, Bootstrap & CSS Preprocessors (LESS, SASS)

Job Requirements


To qualify for an engineering internship, you must:

o Pursuing a field of study in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field

o Be a rising senior or recent college graduate

o Agreeable and with drive toward conflict resolution with peers

o Strong communication skills required (English)

o Maintain a good academic standing

o Be available from January through June 2022

o Due to covid-19 restrictions most work will be done remotely with infrequent visits to office
