A Little About Us

The Ads Data team at powers many features a components for Yahoo DSP, including targeting, identity, measurement, insights, ads trust, and more. We contribute to DSP's success and help deliver hundreds of billions of ads across the world every year.

We are looking for a Product Manager, to manage the roadmap, strategy, and integration of our DSP with Google Privacy Sandbox across all the main APIs, and support the go to market effort for this new offering.

Role is open to applicants in Ireland or UK.

• Deal with Ambiguity: You are a problem solver, and a problem finder before that. You love working on challenging, ambiguous, and unstructured problems. As the industry keeps evolving at an unprecedented pace, our needs around personalization and user privacy keep evolving just as quickly.

• Tech-savvy: You have an inquisitive mind and constantly update yourself with the latest in the relevant tech and competitors’ capabilities and strategy. You can act as the interface between engineers and the business, and translate business & product needs into technical requirements.

• Get into the weeds: You are extremely data-driven and you have basic database query skills so that you can analyze data on your own and not be dependent on others to perform analysis.

• Work with cross-functional teams: As a member of the Ads Data team, you are able to coordinate and work with multiple cross-functional teams across different countries to build consensus and alignment around their own product areas.

• Excellent communicator: You will have exposure to our leadership team, and will be asked to provide strategies, recommendations, and investment cases for new product development. You have the ability to translate complex challenges into simple and clear language. 

Requirements

• Proven track record of results, demonstrated accountability for achieving individual and shared goals

• 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Management, or relevant combination of education and experience

• Experience in online advertising industry or in personalization (any role) strongly preferred

• Engineering degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
