Arconic is currently in search of a Product Configuration Analyst to join our Kawneer Business in Norcross, GA.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Participate and assist in new product release schedules and input new products into KaluCAD within scheduled time. 
  • Review Engineering Change Orders and Engineering drawings and documents to ensure data in KaluCad is up to date and correct. 
  • Track, manage and document all KaluCAD product maintenance. 
  • Use KaluCAD tools to provide 1st tier product and user support.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional department members daily in providing product and user support.
  • Collaborate with team members daily in providing product and user support.
  • Initiate discussions/efforts to complete any necessary tasks.

Essential Knowledge & Skills:

  • Effective communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to navigate and interpret engineering drawings and technical support documents.
  • Ability to use CAD software (2D and 3D a plus).
  • Ability to understand estimating and manufacturing needs from engineered-to-order products
  • Excellent computer skills: Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Excel. KaluCAD & JD Edwards a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to follow written and verbal instructions. 
  • Ability to function in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent from an accredited institution. 
  • 2 years of experience in an estimating or technical services related role. 
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree from an accredited institution. 
  • Experience in the fenestration and facade industry and fenestration product knowledge.
  • Experience in computer programming.
