About the role:

As a Pre-Sales Networking Engineer, you will be a certified engineer with specialist in Networking vendors, multiple technology knowledge within the Advanced Solutions BU supporting, primarily working internally/externally with the partner base and sales organisation on defining solutions and projects.

What you'll do:

• Technical Presales for a technical development in the Network technician market.

• Ability to create quotes on the Networking portfolio using the own networking tools.

• Internal discussions with internal European Networking teams, as well as with partners and end customers.

• Manage workshops and training sessions.

• Provision of an outstanding quality of service and meet predefined customer service level agreements (SLAs).

• Communicate product and technology information to educate internal and external audiences.

• Deal with product/solution inquiries from internal/external sales, vendors and resellers.

• Work towards the required level of technical knowledge in product or technology group and the achievement of any vendor related accreditation.

What we're kindly looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of previous experience in Presales in the Network scope.

• Ideally certified in some of the products like Switching ACSP + Campus ACP-CA + Architect ACNA-CA + Security ACP-NS.

• Technical knowledge and experience in Wireless, Routing & Switching.

• Multicultural person, capable of communicating with very different stakeholders and collaborating with the Cisco Central European TD SYNNEX team.

• Location: Lisbon or Porto.

• Willingness to travel for in-person workshops.
