Fazio applied his remarkable imagination to create a truly unique picturesque and challenging Tampa golf course that was sculpted from the area’s existing pine flatwoods and wetlands. Designed for the pleasure and enjoyment of golfers at any skill level, the course features TifEagle greens on all 18 holes and practice areas to present a golf experience like no other in Tampa. Our comprehensive golf program also features lessons and clinics to keep you at the top of your game, a fully stocked pro shop and a full calendar of fun and competitive tournament and events.

 

Job Summary

Get Paid to Play Golf With Members! In addition to your normal wages, we will pay you to play golf with our members up to $10k annually!

The Player Development Professional partners with the Director of Golf and/or Head Golf Professional and is responsible for creating a culture of improvement at the Club to generate increased levels of participation amongst the Members and prospective Members. The goal is to increase member value and appeal of the Club through improved retention, increased participation, and the development of a more vibrant and enjoyable golf community.


Day-to-Day

  • Management of a personal care group of allocated golfers responsible for their retention, activation, and participation.
  • Execution of player development activities (this includes coaching, engagement events, golf with members, swing assessments, etc).
  • Creation and management of a new membership pipeline including management of the conversion to member.
  • Improvement of golfers playing performance through coaching and fitting.
  • Execute and manage junior, adult, new golfer, and social coaching programs with minimum numbers participating.
  • Execute and manage active marketing events.

About You

  • Love Playing Golf.
  • Passion for improving the performance of students.
  • Interest in swing fundamentals, athletic performance, and technology associated with its measurement.
  • Interest in students as a people and drive to create confidence, character, and connection.
  • Desire to contribute to students’ membership experience.
  • Customer-experience biased servant-leaders.
  • High school diploma, or equivalent.
  • PGA/LPGA Profession Certification completion preferred.
  • Outstanding written and interpersonal communication skills.
