We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented People Analytics Reporting Specialist to join our HR team. This role will focus on creating, distributing, and maintaining HR reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders across the organization. They will directly support the Sr. People Analytics Specialist and the Head of People Analytics to turn the people analytics strategy at Shutterfly into a reality. They will work closely with HR function leads, such as the compliance, payroll and talent management teams to create necessary reports to drive the business. They will also support executive level reporting for Quarterly Business Reviews and HR Leadership dashboard views to make sure that HR insights are getting to the stakeholders who drive outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:
• Report Creation:
o Develop and design HR reports and dashboards utilizing various data visualization tools.
o Ensure reports are accurate, relevant, and user-friendly.


• Data Management:
o Collect, organize, and validate HR data from multiple sources.
o Maintain and update data repositories to ensure the integrity and accuracy of reports.


• Distribution:
o Distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to stakeholders in a timely manner.
o Ensure that recipients understand how to interpret and use the reports.


• Support & Training:
o Provide support to HR and other departments regarding report interpretation and usage.
o Conduct training sessions for stakeholders on utilizing reports and dashboards effectively.


• Compliance Reporting:
o Prepare and submit required workforce compliance reports, ensuring adherence to U.S.
regulations (e.g., EEO-1, Minimum Wage reports, etc.).
o Stay updated on changes in compliance requirements and adjust reporting to need.


• Continuous Improvement:
o Stay updated on best practices in data visualization and report creation.
o Propose and implement improvements to reporting processes and tools.


Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related
field.


• Experience: Minimum of 2 years in a reporting or data management role, preferably within HR.


• Technical Skills:
o Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., CruncHR, Visier, One Model).
o Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros, and data analysis tools.
o Experience with HRIS systems.
o Basic knowledge of statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus.


• Compliance Knowledge: Thorough understanding of U.S. workforce compliance reporting
requirements (e.g., EEO-1, Minimum Wage, IL EPLC).
• Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to present data in an
understandable and actionable manner.
• Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
