Job Description

JOB DUTIES:

  • Maintain flow of material and information between departments;
  • Use EHS, ABS, and human performance tools to perform job safely. Lead others in performing; 
  • EHS contacts, pre-job briefs, IFE’s, PPE audits, and L1 meetings as required;
  • Perform pre-use inspections and operate mobile equipment;
  • Must be able to operate all equipment and perform all job functions within the department safely and efficiently;
  • Overtime as required;
  • Run integrity queries. Research and resolve discrepancies;
  • Develop work instructions and train employees in staging processes;
  • Develop and use standards to meet customer requirements. Lead problem solving events;
  • Coordinate staging employee activities and delegate tasks to complete assignments;
  • Able to read WO tickets and perform WO routing and reporting

 

Requirements:

  • Must have or obtain Raymond, forklift, skytrack, and mule mobile equipment licenses;
  • Must have advanced knowledge of JDE, Showcase, and MS Office.

Physical Demands:

  • Able to regularly lift 40 to 50 lbs., stand for long periods of time, stoop, and bend;
  • Able to pass heat stress physical – work performed in extreme heat areas;
