JOB OPPORTUNITY:  Master Scheduler, Aftermarket Parts

The Master Scheduler will be responsible for planning and coordinating smooth, efficient workflow of customer parts orders. This includes ensuring that the sequence of procurement, fabrication, assembly, and other manufacturing and finishing operations are completed on-time or early.  General duties include the provision of order progress updates, shipping forecasts, and handling customer update requests.  The role requires a positive attitude, initiative, and keen attention to detail.  The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, a team-player, and be able to drive progress with internal personnel as well as external vendors.  A strong desire for customer satisfaction is required. 

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate order fulfillment with purchasing and manufacturing teams to meet or exceed customer on-time delivery.
• Generate, modify, and interpret Key Performance Indicator reports such as on-time-delivery, backlog, and processing time.
• Develop, maintain, and communicate shipping forecasts.
• Communicate with various functions and departments regarding schedules, delays, changes, etc.
• Facilitate a weekly order review meeting to provide stakeholders with status updates and drive progress.
• Facilitate order fulfillment through the coordination of materials across multiple systems.
• Build and maintain effective and productive relationships with co-workers, stakeholders, and suppliers.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and disposition of records.
• Communicate with appropriate functions/departments regarding schedules, delays, changes, etc.
• Perform all tasks in accordance with Celeros Flow Technology Business Conduct guidelines.
• Work Days – Monday-Friday and other as required.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Strong materials management skills including: MRP, purchasing, routings/structures.
• Excellent communication skills – verbal and written.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and achieve set targets.
• Strong computer skills including the Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and additionally SAP.  Experience with AS400 is a plus.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Project Management, Engineering or other relevant focus with 2+ years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
