This is a unique opportunity to join an international company as a Master Data Specialist. 

As part of the Aftermarket business group, DRiV, this role is primarily responsible for the maintenance and upload of business master data in SAP systems for EMEA region (ad-hoc for APAC). 

What you will do:

• Perform uploading of master data into SAP systems for different departments (finance, supply chain, warehouse) and regions in EMEA.
• Manage Material Master, contracts, source lists, Production BOM and Sales BOM, Info records, costing.
• Follow-up and correct IDOCS from the loading / Material creation process.
• Work together with functions to implement process changes and master data setup.
• Work with Finance, Supply Chain, Warehouse and BL teams.
• Administrator level support of Material master system.
• Assist in projects where master data support and uploads are required.
• Provide support according the existing service level agreements.
• Suggest improvements and flag problems.
• Create SAP queries to assist all functional areas.
• Verifying the accuracy of the Material Master Data in SAP at the time of creation.
• Running monthly reports where tracking of changes should be visible.
• Track KPI’s to support and increase data accuracy.
• Ad hoc support customer/vendor master in mass uploads.

What will make you successful:

• Bachelor degree or equal through experience (preferable in data management)
• Fluent in using data management systems.
• At least 2 years previous SAP experience in at least one functional area.
• Descent Database understanding.
• Excellent in Office 365.
• Fluent in English; any other language is an added value.
• Teamwork and coordination.
• Solution oriented.
