As an Account Operations Executive you will provide an excellent customer experience through full ownership of all sales administrative tasks including the accurate and timely processing of renewals and directly interacting with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments.\u00A0
You will be responsible for:
This role will be responsible for providing support to the team and dealing with customer questions and queries.
Ensuring all orders/ amendments/ reports are actioned within agreed SLA's, providing an exceptional level of service to the customer
Developing strong and professional relationships with Customers, Account Managers & any relevant internal departments
Taking responsibility for ensuring any escalations are dealt with in a timely and effective manner
Taking on any other duties as requested by the line manager to support the sales function to achieve agreed KPI's
