Job Purpose:

You will play a crucial role in our business's Iberian strategy, and you will make a meaningful impact on a regional level as our IT Internal Sales Specialist for our Cloud Team in the Iberian market. As part of the Cloud Microsoft team, you'll play a key role as internal sales specialized in Technology allocated to accounts where possible, desired previous IT knowledge in a sales level, process and vendor pricing. The role is expected to have an important background as sales specialist.

What you'll do:

  • Focus IT Cloud sales in active customers in the company for this specific platform.

  • Build excellent customer and vendor sales relationships through proactive engagement and demonstrable specialist product knowledge subject to clear managerial direction.

  • Generate new business opportunities by planning outbound calls to customers. Can have a detailed conversation with customers on solution and identify opportunities to involve the right people in the company.

  • Proactively develop relationships with key internal and external contacts.

  • Engages in active inside selling by gathering relevant internal and external customer information and develops short-, medium- and long-term activities to drive appropriate customer engagements

  • Attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) such as customer engagement.

  • Ensure CRM system is well maintained and provides correct customer information.

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience to be successful:

    • 1 year of experience in IT sales.

    • Knowledge in Microsoft platform.

    • IT industry knowledge.

    • Languages: Spanish native and English advanced.

    • Ideal candidates will have previous experience of IT systems for quotation, order entry, CRM.

    • Effective Communication Skills.

    • Good relationship building.

    • Working knowledge of Office 365.
