Arconic is currently in search of a COE Smart Manufacturing Intern to join our Kawneer Business in Springdale, AR.

The COE for Smart Manufacturing is looking for interns to build a library of media within Microsoft Stream to develop onboarding and training documents for shop floor operators. Within this role candidates will interface with production supervision and operators to produce short form videos utilizing work instructions as the script. They will then voice over and record these videos to the Microsoft Stream platform and create job specific QR codes that can be accessed by the operators on the shop floor. The candidates will also utilize mobile technology such as iPad and HoloLens to build out and test training methods within manufacturing environments.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in Industry 4.0, Smart Manufacturing, Data Science, Marketing, Engineering
- GPA of 3.0 or above
- Must be involved in at least 1 extracurricular activity.
- Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
