Job Purpose:

In this role, you'll focus on specific client accounts, driving revenue growth and contributing to organizational profitability. If you're a seasoned professional with a knack for building relationships and solving complex customer issues, we want you on our team.
What You'll Do:
Responsible for driving revenue and profitability growth in the assigned territory.
Generate opportunities through outbound calling and email reach to assigned customer territory and potential new customer targets.
Understand P&L metrics for the account and make appropriate pricing decisions with the final approval of Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
Make appropriate transactional decisions beneficial to the profitability of the territory with guidance from Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive when needed.
Collaborate with the field sales team to answer RFPs, provide proposals to accounts, and deliver QBR presentations.
Conduct basic account research to identify the worth and future opportunities in the assigned territory and new customer targets. Maintain knowledge of customers within the assigned territory and build relationships at various levels.
Maintain detailed account profiles for the territory and identify opportunities to attach additional TD SYNNEX solution offerings where applicable.
Build stable relationships internally with supporting departments such as vendor management, finance, and purchasing.
Identify potential issues and challenges and provide visibility to them in a timely manner to the Inside Account Executive/Sr. Inside Account Executive.
Develop written documentation and procedures for assigned sales accounts and initiate the offloading of repetitive tasks to internal TD SYNNEX support teams.
