Job Description

Our HCM data and reporting platform is a key enabler to advancing the HR strategic roadmap. The HR Technology and Analytics team is established to support process configuration, drive a data-based focus within all HR programs, projects, and team. This position is based onsite in Székesfehérvár, Hungary.

HR Business Analyst will ensure accuracy of data, assist in process improvement efforts, and support the continuous improvement of the global HRIS systems.

The Business Analyst will respond to requests for data from the GPS System, automating where possible and providing root cause analysis and issue resolution.

Major Activities/Key Challenges: 

  • Support focus areas and own key initiatives for the CoE in either Talent Acquisition, Employee Records, Talent Management, Learning & Development, and Reporting and Analytics.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of CoE wide projects and collaborate with end users within the organization to develop standardized work and consistently improve and streamline processes.
  • As part of HR Technology, supports the business by assisting with ad-hoc requests of HR related data globally (i.e., headcount, turnover, productivity). 
  • Supports and facilitates the day-to-day data and information requirements for the program(s) with proactive detailed analysis by auditing data integrity and consistency and quickly addressing any deviations or discrepancies.
  • Interprets business requirements for information and specifying the most effective solution.
  • Assist in ensuring data accuracy for PII (Personally Identifiable Data).
  • Support key process improvement efforts in support of effectively delivering tools to the Global HR Business Partners.
  • Provide analytical leadership in support of broader delivery improvement, process measurement, efficiency, effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 2 years prior work experience analyzing data and problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Excellent organization, data analysis and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong skillset in the Microsoft tool suite, especially MS Excel.
  • Effective communication skills with ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with both internal and external customer groups.
  • 5 years prior work experience in data analysis and problem solving within a cross-functional group.
  • Prior experience using data to influence strategic decisions.
  • Prior experience with HRIS System.
  • Knowledge of HR practices.
  • Prior project management experience.
