Job Purpose:\u00A0\u00A0

• Provide support in the identification, verification, and maintenance of compliance data, as well as auditing ECCN and HTS article designations in ERP systems.

• Maintain relevant documentation, apply industry regulations and standards, and collaborate with internal/external partners to identify product characteristics.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and apply accurate HTS and ECCN codes for TD SYNNEX's products (10%).

• Ensure compliance with regulations through technical expertise (5%).

• Maintain precise HTS, ECCN, and origin data (40%).

• Conduct periodic audits for data integrity (15%).

• Manage queries, request product origin information, and offer classification guidance (5%).

• Assist in import duty management and review system changes (5%).

• Verify, approve, and upload data to SAP.

• Handle export/import transaction queries and enforce company policies.

• Stay updated on EMEA import/export requirements.

• Provide specialized expertise and assess code and duty change impacts.

• Meet SLA targets for precise HTS/ECCN population.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:

• Requires 1-3 years of relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in International Trade or related field necessary.

• Proficient in executing instructions and seeking clarification.

• Strong data entry skills with attention to detail.

• Effective communication in English and Spanish.

• Skilled in formal presentations and negotiation.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Works well under pressure and meets deadlines.

• Upholds social, ethical, and organizational standards.

• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.

• Maintains confidentiality of sensitive information.

• Quick learner of new systems and technologies.

• Proficient in computer applications at an intermediate level.
