Primary Function:
To provide Technical Engineering and project management support for the plant Engineering functions.
Develop and Manage projects and engineering functions for the plant to improve equipment, tooling, processes and procedures that align with plant and business unit objectives.

Position Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in a technical related field with a minimum of 7-10 years of manufacturing (or equivalent combination of formal education and experience) with first-hand experience in Engineering.
Experience: Firsthand experience in at least 3 of the following areas: Engineering, quality management/engineering, manufacturing engineering, product engineering, salaried supervision, financial management, human relations management, or operations management.
Exhibited Skills/Traits: Ability to Plan and Coordinate Activity. Interpersonal, Organization, Administrative, Computer, Presentation, Oral and Written Communication, Leadership, Initiative, and Innovation.
