As a District Sales Manager you oversee the management, operations, photography, and sales execution of 21 photography studios to deliver profitable growth. This position serves an important role in driving performance and achieving district goals in the areas of sessions, sales, customer satisfaction, photography, and profitability (labor margin). You will ensure the execution and compliance of company processes and expectations. As the manager and leader, you will recruit, hire, develop, lead and inspire a team of managers, as well as 75 - 150 Team Members, that successfully achieve desired business results.

Follow established operational processes for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography.

Accountable for the studio’s ability to achieve results (sales average, customer satisfaction…)
The Skills You’ll Bring:
Minimum 18 years of age with high school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree, preferred
2-5 years of previous supervisory, retail, sales, service-related, or photography experience preferred
Ability to work a varied schedule, including evenings, holidays and weekends
Strong communication, interpersonal, and collaborative skills
Intermediate computer skills (e.g., navigation, data entry, and Microsoft Excel)
