As a Director, Finance Systems, you will play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing our financial systems to support the company's strategic objectives. Reporting to the Executive Director, Finance, you will be responsible for driving the implementation, enhancement, and maintenance of financial software solutions, with a focus on OneStream.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the implementation and ongoing optimization of OneStream, ensuring alignment with business requirements and industry best practices.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all financial system-related inquiries, issues, and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, IT, and Operations, to gather requirements and design solutions that streamline financial processes.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, user guides, and system configurations.
  • Conduct user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure effective utilization of OneStream.
  • Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in financial software and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance data integrity, accuracy, and security.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience with OneStream, including implementation, configuration, and administration.
  • Strong understanding of financial processes, reporting requirements, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., OneStream XF certification) is a plus.
