About the Role:

As Director of Capture, Program Management you'll lead the pursuit of new Public Sector business. Your responsibilities encompass maximizing program performance, resolving crises, and defining processes for operational excellence and increased value delivery. Forge strong relationships with government stakeholders and collaborate with Sales and Market Executives to secure new contracts. Additionally, oversee Customer Marketplace implementations and lead cross-divisional teams to continually refine TD SYNNEX offerings.

What you'll do:

• Lead and/or assist in business development, capture management, and proposal creation in pursuit of FED and SLED contract vehicles.

• Collaborate with Program Managers overseeing contract programs, including SLED, EDU, and federal enterprise-level agreements.

• Deliver capability briefs, Proposal Reviews, In-Process Reviews (IPRs), and other presentations to decision-makers, stakeholders, and leadership.

• Interface with executive management, government organizations, and agencies to identify new opportunities.

• Perform additional related duties as assigned.

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's Degree preferred

• Minimum of 10-15 years of Public Sector Capture Management experience preferred.

• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.

• Highly motivated with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Proficiency with office automation tools including MS Project and Visio.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for consensus-building and team leadership.

• Excellent conflict resolution abilities and customer service expertise.

• Exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategic planning skills.

• Comfortable working independently or collaboratively in fast-paced environments.
