Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

  • Fluency in Czech or Polish (C2 level) and English (minimum B2)
  • Strong attention to detail with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent customer relations and e-mail communication skills.
  • Effective time management and prioritization skills.
  • Experience with SAP R3 (preferable).
  • Working knowledge of Excel and Word (an advantage).
