Job Description





Purpose

The Corporate Sales Coordinator will provide administrative, clerical, and overall support to the VP Pricing & Sales Operations, National Account Managers, and Regional Sales and Marketing Directors to build client relationships and promote excellent customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities


• Utilizes the Salesforce package to establish customer framework, including providing support to Regional Sales and Marketing Managers (RSMDs) and National Account Managers (NAMs).
• Reviews existing customer hierarchy (parent/child customer relationship) and makes system/reporting changes and additions as required to properly reflect our customer’s organization.
• Creates and distributes routine reports on sales by customer, project, market, industry, and salesperson.
• Upload, monitor and track contract negotiations, end dates, and renewals related to the Company’s national account contract database.
• Coordinates various departments within the Company to prepare resources, information, and various materials for sales presentations.
• Work with pricing vendor and National Account Mangers to load contracted rates into quote system.
• Provide analysis of contract rates to identify opportunities for rate increases where applicable.
• Perform other duties as assigned or required.

Requirements

Education:


• High School diploma, GED, or other equivalent certification.

Experience:


• 3+ years performing data entry and related tasks.
• 3+ years in customer service or sales support (using Salesforce application preferred).

Skills/Knowledge:


• Moderate level Salesforce application skills/knowledge.
• Moderate level Microsoft application skills (Word, Excel. PowerPoint).
• Advanced ability to build strategic working relationships across the organization.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and attention to details.
• Advanced time management and communication skills.


Language Skills:

Must be able to read and comprehend moderately complex instructions and create short correspondence and memos at the same level. Must also be able to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations.
