The Continuous Improvement Manager position will drive the execution of the plant continuous improvement initiatives designed to eliminate non-value added activities while improving operational excellence. Assists in the identification and proliferation of manufacturing best practices. Will be responsible for P3 Implementation and support to build an operational excellence culture throughout the focus factory with emphasis on sustainable development.

Key responsibilities关键职责:

• Drive the development and implementation of Continuous Improvement projects consistent with and in support of the strategic plan and business operating plan.

推动持续改进项目的开发和实施，以符合并支持战略计划和业务运营计划

• Assist in designing new procedures and methods for operational processes and work standardization

协助设计操作流程的新程序和方法，支持推动各个职能部门工作标准化

• By utilizing projects charters with deliverables, will work with team to identify, modify, and sustain desired changes including reducing waste and improving inefficiencies.

通过利用项目章程和可交付成果， 与工厂团队合作 ，确定、修改和维持所需的变化，包括减少浪费和提高效率

• Mentor employees to realize benefits from all continuous improvement initiatives and act as a change agent to the site/organization.

• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and prioritize improvement opportunities with team.

确定持续改进的机会，并与工厂团队一起优先考虑改进机会，提升工厂OAE & TPM水平

• Lead projects and initiatives from idea generation to strategic execution. Provide strategic insight and evaluation of the organizations progression.

• Act as a mentor for the supervisory staff and front line personnel.

担任监督人员和一线人员精益改善的导师

• Participate in developing and influencing strategy, planning, and execution depending on project or initiative needs.

• Build continue impropvement culture（Improvement idea management）

推动公司持续改进文化建立（例如合理化建议）

• Working standard hours management and support on manpower planning

生产工时及定额管理，协助生产管理部门制定人力需求计划   

• CI Team development ，engage people

搭建CI团队，做好人员管理，提升CI人员的敬业度

Ideal candidate experience经验:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in operations.

至少5年的 运营经验

• Experience guiding team progress for continuous improvement projects/programs.

指导团队进度进行持续改进项目/计划的经验

• Experience designing, implementing and leading continuous improvement projects/programs.

具有设计，实施和领导持续改进项目/计划的经验

• Hands-on experience using Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement methods (LEAN, TPM, Six Sigma, TQM).

使用卓越运营和持续改进方法（精益，TPM，六西格玛，TQM）的实践经验

Skills and capabilities (leadership and/or functional)技能和胜任力:

• Must have thorough understanding of cycle time reduction, waste reduction, yield improvement, productivity and throughput improvement.

必须对减少周期时间、减少浪费、提高产量、提高生产率和产量有透彻的了解

• Proven leadership skills to coach and lead teams to fully deliver chartered objectives and projects.

• Excellent project management skills.

Qualifications/ certifications任职资格和证书:

• Bachelor’s Degree.
