Job Description

Objetivo:

Actuar como apoyo interno para el l\u00EDder comercial del Vendor o Marca (AWS) para impulsar el crecimiento rentable de la participaci\u00F3n de mercado a trav\u00E9s de la ejecuci\u00F3n de la planificaci\u00F3n comercial, la gesti\u00F3n del pipeline, profundizar en el marco comercial y la mejora en el relacionamiento y el desarrollo del cliente.

Responsabilidades:

1. Apoyar a los Business Developer Managers en M\u00E9xico, as\u00ED como al equipo de AWS (Amazonians) en otras funciones comerciales en el Sector Comercial-Empresarial para el desarrollo comercial.

2. Tener control total del proceso de Onboarding \u201CDistribution Seller Agreement\u201D

3. Dominio de plataformas: StreamOne y APN.

4. Desarrollar las habilidades anal\u00EDticas y de resoluci\u00F3n de problemas por las que nuestra gente es conocida.

5. Ser propietario independiente del proyecto de listado de vendedores, para ayudar a los nuevos vendedores a crear p\u00E1ginas/listas de productos de alta calidad en los mercados de Amazon (AWS).

6. Identificar los problemas de la lista de vendedores y solucionar los problemas trabajando en estrecha colaboraci\u00F3n con los equipos multifuncionales y las partes interesadas.

7. Resolver el punto de dolor del vendedor antes del registro.

8. Optimizar tiempos de respuesta en procesos internos.

9. Desarrollar y lanzar el programa de \u00E9xito del vendedor (testimonios del vendedor, estudios de casos, estudios de casos en video) que incluye la estrategia, el proceso y la ejecuci\u00F3n continua.

10. Trabajar de manera efectiva en AWS distribuci\u00F3n con Cloud Success Center.

11. Para tener \u00E9xito en este rol, deber\u00E1 ser organizado, un buen comunicador, influyente y solucionador de problemas. Deber\u00E1 ser altamente responsable, pensar y actuar r\u00E1pido. Conocimientos, Skills y Experiencia:

- Licenciatura en Marketing, Relaciones Comerciales, Comunicaci\u00F3n o un campo de estudio relevante, como inform\u00E1tica.

1. +2 a\u00F1os de experiencia en ventas o desarrollo de negocios en la industria de software/tecnolog\u00EDa, relacionado al Sector Comercia Privado/ Empresarial.

2. Pasi\u00F3n por la tecnolog\u00EDa y aprendizaje continuo.

3. Pasi\u00F3n por desarrollar el relacionamiento con los clientes.

4. Capaz de funcionar en un entorno de equipo de diferentes \u00E1reas. (Ventas, Preventas, Marketing, Operaciones). Y equipos regionales.

5. Disciplinado y motivado para un entorno de trabajo remoto.

6. Habilidades excepcionales demostradas de colaboraci\u00F3n y construcci\u00F3n de relaciones.

7. Administrar pipeline y ciclo completo de ventas.
