Responsibilities:

• Owns responsibility for obtaining and analysing information.

• Reviews data from various sources and translates this data into usable information for management.
• Identifies external data sources and performs data mining of market information regarding current and potential key suppliers and customers.
• Interprets, analyses and provides financial review and impact trend results of operational processes.
• Responds to specific requests for internal business intelligence information.
• Compiles data obtained into a useable database and creates presentations which capture business intelligence information in an effective summary form.
• Educates and supports the business on reporting tools and their capabilities.

Knowledge Skills and Experience:

• Numerate with strong analytical capabilities.
• Demonstrates strong technical knowledge of reporting tools.
• Has effectively demonstrated excellence in the management of reporting applications concepts and designs which capture business intelligence information.
• Demonstrates the ability to establish and maintain an effective communication network both internally and externally.
